I found out it's a fake construction company. I believe he works for maronda and probably never pulled permits. I found out this a a very common practice with builders to void warranties. This is in the Hunters Preserve in Pittsburgh. This is considered fraud, and I will hire an attorney, and also report them to Josh Shapiro who is the attorney general in pa and handles builders who are unethical.
